elya的自我评价里，有一条是产品设计挑刺狂人~今天来拿几个例子简单的挑挑刺，有小白的地方还请大家批评指正~
第一个例子：人人网删除资料操作
点击删除这个大学——>
警告“该资料已通过真实性认证，要修改请先取消认证”——>
取消资格认证“保留该认证，你将更好的找到你认识的朋友们。取消该认证不会删除相应资料，确定取消该认证吗？”
这时候给出两个选项：“确认”和“取消”
这时候我们来想象这样一个场景，你的朋友约你吃饭，但是你不想去，你朋友问你“你真的不想去了吗？” 请问此时，你是回答“真的”还是回答“不想去”。当然，两种情况都可能发生。
以上人人网取消资料的交互设计就犯了多个这种自相矛盾、前后不一致的错误：
- 点击删除这个大学，弹层提示应该是“要删除请先取消认证”，但是我们见到的是“要修改请先取消认证”
- 取消资格认证的的可选操作应该是“确认”和“放弃”，而不是“确认”和“取消”，否则容易让人迷路或误操作
第二个例子：139说客添加好友
带+提示的听他说，点击之——>
奇怪怎么没有任何提示说“你已经成功收听XXX”？哦！原来批量添加
奇怪怎么没有取消听某某说的选项？难道是点头像取消？
点击打了勾的已选用户头像——>
竟然在当前页面打开了该用户的个人主页……
这个添加好友的设计有哪些明显的不足呢？
1.没有明确的提示
- 不知道是批量添加还是逐个添加
- 不知道怎么取消已选用户
- 不知道翻页后已选用户是否还有效
2.没有操作后的反馈
- 选中了一个之后没有告诉我“您已收听XXX”或者“您可以选择更多来批量处理”
- 选中的人除了头像打钩外没有其他变化，右侧选项还是听他说，而不是变成“不听他”
3.设计有误导嫌疑
- 头像上打钩让人认为头像是可进行选择操作的，结果头像确实超链接到本人页面的，且在当前窗口打开
4.操作之后让人迷路
- 本想点击听他们说之后跳到第二页继续添加好友，但是点击了听他们说之后却跳到了我的好友列表，操作被切断
- 好歹有个可选择性的提示“继续添加好友还是返回好友列表？”
交互设计是一门很人性化的学问，就是从用户的角度出发来做设计，假如用户在你的页面经常迷路，找不到想找的功能，操作结果得不到反馈，可想而知体验是很不好的~
希望能从这些例子中总结经验教训，引以为戒~
